Terms of Service

By accessing and using NUeLINK Training Center's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

• Registration is required for all courses
• Course fees must be paid in full before the start date
• Enrollment is subject to availability and minimum class size requirements
• We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment

Payment Terms:

• Course fees are due upon registration
• Payment can be made in cash, mobile money, or bank transfer
• Late payment may result in course cancellation

Refund Policy:

• Full refund if course is cancelled by NUeLINK
• 50% refund if withdrawal occurs 7 days before course start
• No refund after course commencement

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes regularly and punctually
• Complete assignments and projects on time
• Respect instructors and fellow students
• Take care of training center equipment and facilities
• Follow all safety and security protocols

The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Disruptive behavior in classes
• Unauthorized use of equipment or software
• Sharing login credentials or course materials
• Any illegal activities on premises

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or expulsion without refund.

All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and software, are the property of NUeLINK Training Center and are protected by copyright laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without written permission.

• Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of courses
• Minimum attendance of 80% is required for certification
• All assignments and assessments must be completed satisfactorily
• Certificates cannot be transferred to other individuals

NUeLINK Training Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
